Terms of service
What to expect when you request service, how pricing works, and your responsibilities.
Effective 2024-01-01
These terms cover the services provided by Tolano's Lockout Co. By requesting service or using this website, you agree to them.
Services
Tolano's Lockout Co. provides mobile automotive locksmith services in Nogales and Rio Rico, Arizona. Services include car unlocking, car key cutting and programming, key fob programming, transponder key service, ignition repair, broken key extraction, and spare key cutting.
We operate on a mobile basis. We come to your vehicle's location. We do not operate a shop.
Quotes and payment
We give you a price before we start work. That price is the price you pay when we finish, provided the job description you gave us was accurate. If we arrive and find the job is different from what was described (for example, a different vehicle type or additional work required), we will tell you the revised price before we proceed, and you may decline.
Payment is due when the job is complete. We accept cash and major credit or debit cards. We do not extend credit.
Your responsibilities
You must have legal authority over the vehicle before we perform any service on it. By requesting service, you confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to have it serviced.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle and the job. An incorrect year, make, or model may mean we bring the wrong parts and cannot complete the job on the first visit.
Please be present or have a representative present at the vehicle when we arrive.
Limitations
We take care to work without damage. However, some vehicles have pre-existing conditions (worn locks, weak doors, corroded parts) that make service more difficult. We will tell you if we find a condition like this before we proceed.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for damage caused by your vehicle's own condition.
We serve Nogales and Rio Rico, Arizona, and the I-19 corridor between them. We do not guarantee service outside this area.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Santa Cruz County, Arizona.
