If we work with a service provider (for example, a software tool we use to manage jobs), they are given only the minimum data needed to perform that function and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

We keep your service-request details as long as needed to complete the job and resolve any disputes. After that, records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes for up to seven years, as required by law.
