What this is
When the key fights you in the ignition, the problem is usually the cylinder, the key, or both. We find out which before we touch a part, so you are not paying to replace something that was fine.
A worn key can be re-cut. A worn or jammed ignition cylinder can often be repaired or replaced and re-keyed to your existing key, so you keep one key for everything. We carry the parts and the tools to do this on location.
If the key snapped off in the ignition, we handle that too. We pull the broken piece, sort out the cylinder, and cut you a fresh key that turns clean.
